Meet Jenna

Hello!  My name is Jenna. I am 26 years old currently living in Nashville, TN.  I have lived in three states, have two college degrees, taken many chances and opportunities on finding my "career," and through it all fitness has been my outlet.  I am an enthusiast for health and wellness - physically, mentally, and spiritually - and that passion is what makes me who I am today and where I continue to find my growth.  Being healthy is a lifestyle, and it is the lifestyle where I have discovered my best self.

I believe life is meant to be enjoyed to its fullest, but when it comes to our health there is a level of balance and moderation to learn and apply.  'Diet' is a word I refrain from using.  It creates a restrictive mindset that can easily lead to fitness failures and a negative relationship with foods.  Fitness and nutrition should fit to your lifestyle, and I hope to help you find what works for YOU.  I hope to encourage a positive outlook on health and wellness, and to be even a small reason that you discover more of what makes you healthy and happy.  I want to inspire the journey to becoming a better version of yourself.  Have a piece of that cake and eat it too by learning the balanced way.  We all have to start somewhere, why not make today that day?
